9 cubm/hr 3.00m long fine bubble air diffuser for waste water treatment

Fine bubble high performance air diffusers. Semi flexible diffuser construction 300cm long 32mm diameter. Maximum recommended air flowrate is 10 cubic metres of air per hour. Materials of construction are plastic with 316 stainless steel end fittings, aslo fitted with non return valve in diffuser. Diffuser contains its own internal fused silica bead ballast. End fittings are 1/2" acetyl plastic as standard.

Oxygen standard probe

High performance, very robust galvanic oxygen probe for the measurment of dissolved oxygen in water, waste water and air. Completely sealed internals, so there is no risk of insulation failure, heavy duty Sub Sea cable, high mv out-put 6.5 mv to approx 1mg/l dissolved oxygen. Ideal probe for the Dryden Aqua, AquaTraul system or your own oxygen monitors such as multichannel or stand-alone PLC based systems.

The probe is supplied with 5 meters of cable (alternative lengths available), pack of 5 membranes and 50ml of electrolyte.

standard float LR03 switch 10m cable

This is a standard general purpose low cost float switch. The cable is PVC. A pivot point weight can be added to the cable if required.

The float switch is rated for 240v ac 10 amp inductive load,

The float switch can switch small pumps on and off directly, however it possible it is always best to use a low control voltage which is used to activate a remote relay. The remote relay can then switch heavy loads such as pumps on or off.

The DAFC20 filter housing is manufactured from 304 stainless steel. The unit will accept 20 filter elements and is rated at a maximum water flowrate of 1000 litres per minute. However if the micron rating of the filter element is less than 10 microns, it is recommended that the maximum flowrate is reduced to 500 litres per minute. The filter is supplied without the filter elements, please select from below. Depth polypropylene filter elements for cartridge filters. These are general purpose filter elements for the mechanical filtration of fresh water, seawater and waste water. These elements are low cost disposable units and are available for 1, 5, 10 or 25 micron filtration applications. The filter elements are 40 inches long except for the 1 micron elements which are 20" long. You therefore need to order an even number of 1 micron filter elements to fit our standard 40" filter.

Pleated polypropylene filter elements for cartridge filters. This is a general purpose filter element for the mechanical filtration of fresh water, seawater and waste water. Because the elements are pleated, they have a very large surface area, and therefore they have a longer duty cycle than the depth filters. Also because the solids are held on the surface of the filter element, the element can be cleaned and reused as long as it has not suffered mechanical damage.
