Fine bubble high performance air diffusers. Semi flexible diffuser construction 300cm long 32mm diameter. Maximum recommended air flowrate is 10 cubic metres of air per hour. Materials of construction are plastic with 316 stainless steel end fittings, aslo fitted with non return valve in diffuser. Diffuser contains its own internal fused silica bead ballast. End fittings are 1/2" acetyl plastic as standard.

The Dryden Air diffuser is the leading air diffuser used in UK aquaculture, treatment of leachate water on landfill sites, sewerage treatment and numerous other applications.

Oxygen standard probe

High performance, very robust galvanic oxygen probe for the measurment of dissolved oxygen in water, waste water and air. Completely sealed internals, so there is no risk of insulation failure, heavy duty Sub Sea cable, high mv out-put 6.5 mv to approx 1mg/l dissolved oxygen. Ideal probe for the Dryden Aqua, AquaTraul system or your own oxygen monitors such as multichannel or stand-alone PLC based systems.

The probe is supplied with 5 meters of cable (alternative lengths available), pack of 5 membranes and 50ml of electrolyte.

Oxygen datalogger (requires oxygen probe code 8.4.37) is contained in an IP65 enclosure and will record 8000 oxygen readings at intervals from 8 seconds to 4 hours. The unit also has a set of volt free alarm relay contacts which can be used for control or alarm functions. The unit is programmed by a PC and the data is transferred to a PC using an infra red coms link. If your PC does not have an IR port, you can use an IR unit that plugs into the serial RS232 port.

The unit is simple, robust and very accurate. With a galvanic oxygen probe it can take readings for many months without need for calibration or cleaning, unless it is used in very polluted water. The unit is powered by 2 x AA batteries which last about 6 months to 1 year. If the unit is located out-doors it should be proteted from direct rain and extrems in temperature.

Alarm levels can be programmed into the unit, and used to automatically activate a modem. You can also dial up the datalogger from a remote PC using a modem to down-load the data. The unit is prorgammed by a PC and the data is transferred to a PC using an infra red coms link. If your PC does not have an IR port, you can use an IR unit that plugs into the serial RS232 port.

In order to communicate with the Oxygen datalogger you must use an infra red communications port on your PC. If your PC does not have an IR port, or if the the port is not compatible, then you can simply plug an adapter into the back of your pc or to the end of an RS232 cable.
