9 cubm/hr 3.00m long fine bubble air diffuser for waste water treatment

Fine bubble high performance air diffusers. Semi flexible diffuser construction 300cm long 32mm diameter. Maximum recommended air flowrate is 10 cubic metres of air per hour. Materials of construction are plastic with 316 stainless steel end fittings, aslo fitted with non return valve in diffuser. Diffuser contains its own internal fused silica bead ballast. End fittings are 1/2" acetyl plastic as standard.

standard float LR03 switch 10m cable

This is a standard general purpose low cost float switch. The cable is PVC. A pivot point weight can be added to the cable if required.

The float switch is rated for 240v ac 10 amp inductive load,

The float switch can switch small pumps on and off directly, however it possible it is always best to use a low control voltage which is used to activate a remote relay. The remote relay can then switch heavy loads such as pumps on or off.

Transmitter 4 to 20mamp for oxygen probe

Connect our standard AquaTraul dissolved oxygen probe to the transmitter to give a 4 to 20, or 0 to 20 mamp out-put. The transmitter is din rail mounted. the unit is powered by 24v to 240v (ac or dc) power supply, The unit can be mounted in individual waterproof field boxes, or collectively in a panel next to your control system. This arrangement makes for a very flexible and easy to maintain system. Each unit has its own display which allows it to be configured as a dissolved oxygen meter, or to be used as a transmitter to a plc based system.

All that you need to do to install the component is to mount in a din rail box, connect the AquaTraul probe to the inlet, connect a 12 to 24v dc power supply and connect the 0/4 to 20 mamp cable to the outlet. All cable connections are screwed terminal pots.

The price given also includes the programming of the the equipment. Discounts are available for bulk orders, and if you want to do the programming.
