  • All the equipment strictly according to German standards  DIN 19643 and DIN 19605

  • Construction if vessel is in accordance to British Standards BS4994 and German regulations AD-Merkblatt 2000 for wall thickness

  • Pressure test Certificates according to KSW/KTW, Arbeitsblatt W270

  • The internal liner is Vinylester certified by the German Institute of hygiene (BGA)

  • The height of the funnel over the sand and the height from the funnel to the top is even higher than requested with DIN norms

  • CE certified by TUV Germany

  • Maximum working pressure 2.5 bar static test pressure 3.65 bar ( up to 8 bar available)

  • 5 years warranty on filter shell

  • Sight glass DN200

  • Light to illuminated the water above the filter bed

  • 1x manhole DN 600 on side above nozzle plate

Recommended operation parameters

  • Run phase flow 1 to 20 m3m2hr-1 ( flow rate depends on water type and performance required, max flow for filter is 30 cubm/hr/sqm)

  • Air scour flow 70 to 90  m3m2hr-1 for 5 minutes

  • Back-wash 40 to 45  m3m2hr-1  back wash water fro 1.5 to 5  minutes
