Oxygen Monitoring systems In addition to our probes we manufacture PLC based Oxygen Monitoring systems called the AquaTraul which we have been manufacturing from 10 years. The AquaTraul system is simple and reliable, however by to-days standards it is now rather basic. We have two models, the AquaTraul 8/8 which will accept up to 8 oxygen probes, the unit has two common relay out-puts and 8 relay out-puts which can be interlocked to one or more of the probe inputs. The AquaTraul 16 has 16 analogue inputs for oxygen probes, or indeed any volt free digital input. The AquaTraul 16 also has two common relay out-puts for general control and alarm function. As a special offer we are offering AquaTraul 16 units at 50% discount off the list price on our web site until the 31st of May 2008. check out price...click here Ceramic diffusers Dryden Aqua manufacture a high specification ceramic oxygen diffusers. Our diffusers are mode from a high performance porous ceramic plate, which has been epoxy bedded into a cast aluminum base. The aluminum has been chromated and 100% epoxied to provide corrosion protection. Ceramic is a very strong material however it does not like any distortion or flexing, this is why we manufacture the product using a very rigid frame. All of our diffusers will take 10 bar pressure, however the DAD3 diffusers will normally survive 40 bar, and DAD6 diffuser will survive over 20 bar. No other flat plate ceramic diffuser we have tested comes close to this performance. We have even taken a sledge hammer and struck one of our diffusers full force, the ceramic survived.
