Technical characteristics


Pumps with the stroke length regulation incorporates a micrometer permitting flow adjustment from 0% to 100% with a high degree of accuracy. Two basic designs, 0.18 kW and 0.25 kW are available.
A wide choice of materials of constructions can be supplied. Multiple systems are also available

Reliability, accuracy, precision and robust construction are the attributes which characterise  these products.

 

Piston pumps are suitable for use when:

  • high flows / high pressure dosing is required
  • the pumped liquid does not contains suspended solid particles
  • lubrication of the piston is essential

  • Pump head is connected to the gearbox via a spacer assembly.
  • Standard pump head materials are PVC and SS316. Other materials are available upon request.
  • Jacketed pump heads for either cooling or heating application are available as well as piston glanding arrangements with water washed fittings to continuously flush the piston.
  • Piston seals are “lip” type, “V” type in PTFE are also available.
  • Single and double ball check valves assembly designed for easy inspection and access.
  • Standard connections "Gm" threaded Gas male/BSPm; Flanged connections are available.
  • MULTIPLE SYSTEMS: available upon request up to 5 heads; each pump group is independently adjustable. For the above variations or other requirements please contact our customer service department.
